Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager to handle multiple social media campaigns for small to midsized businesses. Being that we are a small company we are also looking for someone that can help assist with other rolls vital to the growth of the company. Experience with SEO, web development, online marketing, sales and/or operations is ideal.

Responsibilities Include: 
  • Strategic direction for clients on social media campaigns
  • Creation, setup, and execution of campaigns
  • Creation of unique content for each client on an ongoing, monthly basis
  • Creation of monthly analytics reports for each client
  • Regularly analyze clients’ campaigns and make continued strategic recommendations based on the campaign’s progress
  • Stay up-to-date with changes or impending changes on social media platforms
  • Continually educate internal team on best practices and latest social platform updates
  • Management of social media ad campaigns
  • Management of internal social media campaign and blog

  • Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a social media position or a related field such as public relations, journalism, content marketing, etc.
  • Prior experience with all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Experience researching, sourcing, and creating unique content (blogs, Facebook, Twitter posts)
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills – These are a must!
  • Great multitasking skills with the ability to track and manage time effectively while juggling multiple accounts
  • Experience with a variety of social media tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills. You will be in regular contact with clients via email, phone and in-person
  • Proficiency with both Mac and PC
  • Adaptability – Candidate needs to be agile and resourceful when situations or issues arise.

  • Knowledge of SEO preferred
  • Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Premier for video and image editing
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
