Forager Project makes organic, plant-based, delicious food and beverages that are better for people and the planet.

We partnered with Forager Project’s team to provide functional Web Development and On-page SEO Services for their website. We also provided User Experience strategy and testing to make recommendations for the next phase of their marketing initiatives.

The following hypotheses were formed during our initial discovery meetings. These are items we tested against as we monitored user activity on the site:

  • Product pages may be difficult to navigate when going from one page to another
  • Product pages lack information
  • Store locator responds too slowly
  • Responsive design issues may lead to difficulty in accessing information


As we rounded up the results, we found that many users praised the site’s design and wealth of information provided on Forager’s product offerings. Many were also intrigued by the product offerings as a whole.

Users were easily able to navigate from one page to another via the Product page; some users preferred to use the navigation menu, while others scrolled down to use the related product image thumbnails on the page.

With all these insights taken into account, we made a list of recommendations and quick changes to the site that would produce better results going forward.
